Greg brings over 30 years’ experience leading large-scale technology transformation across diverse industries, including finance, manufacturing, and steel. At CMV Group, he focuses on building strong, future-ready technology capability, from cyber security to scalable platforms and data literacy. Known for his practical, inclusive leadership, Greg is passionate about the positive impact technology delivers for long-term business performance. Outside of work, he is a proud dad on the sidelines of netball and footy games, enjoys mountain biking and lawn bowls, and loves exploring wineries.
Lauren joined CMV Group in 2018 and brings over 20 years’ experience across law, human resources and industrial relations. She plays a key role in strengthening governance, risk and compliance, working closely with leaders and the Board to support sound, long-term decision-making. Known for her clear, pragmatic approach, Lauren focuses on building internal capability, helping leaders navigate issues early, and fostering accountability. She is passionate about promoting a strong culture of integrity across the organisation and supporting sustainable business growth.
Katherine (Kath) brings extensive experience in people leadership, complemented by more than 12 years with CMV Group, where she has developed deep knowledge of its businesses, culture and people. She works closely with leaders to strengthen capability, support performance and foster inclusive workplaces. Known for her thoughtful, collaborative approach, Kath is passionate about creating meaningful career experiences and maintaining strong connections to CMV’s purpose and heritage. Outside of work, she is a proud mum of three, a keen reader, movie enthusiast and dedicated Formula 1 fan.
