We are pleased to let you know that your Performance Development Review (PDR) Self Review is now open and can be completed.

All full-time and part-time permanent employees are required to complete a PDR each year. These conversations provide an important opportunity for you to meet with your manager, reflect on your contributions and set goals for the year ahead.

Even if you have just completed your FY24 PDR, this timing now aligns with our new annual PDR cycle, and you can expect all future reviews to begin from June each year.

During these conversations you can expect to discuss:

This PDR cycle will also include setting goals with your manager for the 2025/26 financial year.

Your self-review must be completed by Friday, June 20.

Employees who are in their Probation Period or on Extended Leave (parental leave, long service leave) on June 1 will not be required to complete a PDR. However, where applicable, you and your manager will set goals for FY25/26 which will form part of your next PDR from June 2026. Apprentices will continue with the six-monthly review process.

The video below provides a step by step guide on how to complete your PDR Self-Review and further information regarding the PDR process.
