Your Self Review is to be completed by 30 June 2026.

During these conversations you can expect to discuss:

Employees who are in their Probation Period or on Extended Leave (parental leave, long service leave) as of June 1 will not be required to complete a PDR. However, where applicable, you and your manager will set goals for the financial year ahead which will form part of your next PDR in 2027.  All Apprentices will continue with the regular six-monthly review cycle. You can also access further information regarding the Competencies and Values indicators, which outline the knowledge, skills, and capability expectations for your job level via the buttons below.

Rating Scale Guide

A rating scale guide has been developed to support consistency in how we rate our own performance with a stronger focus on consistent performance and behaviours over the full review period, rather than one off achievements.

”Meets Expectations” is recognised as a strong and valued outcome reflecting consistent performance.

Please refer to the table below when completing your self review.

If you have any questions regarding your PDR, please contact your manager.
