All full-time and part-time permanent employees are required to complete a PDR each year. These conversations provide an important opportunity for you to meet with your manager, reflect on your contributions and set goals for the year ahead.

This PDR cycle will also include setting goals with your manager for the 2026/27 financial year.
Employees who are in their Probation Period or on Extended Leave (parental leave, long service leave) on May 1 will not be required to complete a PDR. However, where applicable, you and your manager will set goals for FY25/26 which will form part of your next PDR from May 2026. Apprentices will continue with the six-monthly review process.
