Celebrating Excellence at the 2026 Annual Staff Dinners

The CMV Group Employee Awards Program returns for its second year at the 2026 Annual Staff Dinners, recognising the outstanding individuals who go above and beyond to bring the CMV Group Values to life.

At the CMV Group, our people are the centre of everything we do. These awards celebrate those who lead by example, support those around them, and make a meaningful impact across our businesses by demonstrating our values.  

Why these Awards matter

Each year, the Annual Staff Dinner brings us together to reflect on our achievements and celebrate our shared success. Now in its second year, the Employee Awards Program takes this celebration to the next level by inviting all staff to participate in nominating a colleague, supervisor, or manager. It's an opportunity to formally recognise team members who:

• Embody the CMV Group values in their daily work.
• Inspire others through leadership, team work, or customer service.
• Drive progress by championing safety, efficiency, and innovation in their workplace.

How will the winners be announced?

We will celebrate a winner in each category at both the SA and VIC Annual Staff Dinners - you can view the categories below. There will be one winner for each award from each state.

Each winner will receive a trophy and a $1,000 gift card. 

These awards sit proudly alongside our longstanding Employee of the Year and Apprentice of the Year Awards.

Award Categories

CMV Safe Award

Safety is in our DNA. The 'CMV Safe' Award recognises those who put safety at the forefront of everything they do - looking out for their own safety and well-being, and that of their team mates and customers. 

 

Can Do Award

Recognising an individual who is optimistic in their outlook, always looking for positive solutions and working hard to deliver on their promises.

Ask the Question Award

Recognising an individual who 'asks the question' to solve problems, to avoid assumptions and to really understand and continually improve.

Do the Right Thing Award

Recognising someone who demonstrates integrity in everything they do. They consistently make decisions that support the team, customers and business partners.

 

Mutual Respect Award

Recognising an individual who values their relationships. They treat all individuals with respect, fairness, kindness and tolerance. 

Leadership Excellence Award

Recognising a Manager, Leader or Supervisor who exemplifies what true leadership means in business. The recipient leads with purpose, accountability and drives results through collaboration. They consistently uphold all CMV Group values and their influence strengthens teams, elevates performance, and leaves a lasting mark on our organisation.
