A message from Paul Crawford
Many of you would have heard me say that at the CMV Group, our people are at the heart of everything we do. This is why the very first peak of our three peaks policy represents you, our employees, acknowledging the important work that each of you do every day, whatever your role may be.
We also know there is more to work than just turning up and simply getting the job done; it’s important that you feel part of a team, that you feel your contribution is valued and for it to be understood that you have other responsibilities outside work, whether it be family, sport or the many other commitments that simply come with life.
Research shows that employees who work in diverse and inclusive organisations are more likely to have a positive work experience. So, it’s our aim, in line with our value of mutual respect, to build a workplace where diversity of thought and experience is embraced and where everyone is included and supported.
To help achieve this, we want to hear from you. We are seeking your input through the I Belong @ CMV survey which you can access via the buttons on this page.
We want to understand what is important to you, how we can improve, and learn about the diversity that exists across all of our teams; whether that’s in our workshops, our showrooms, or on our farms. Please know that your responses to the survey are completely anonymous.
Your feedback is extremely valuable. The survey will only take approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete and with your input, we will be able to get a more accurate understanding of the work we need to do to create a more inclusive, diverse and supportive workplace for everyone.
