In light of the devastating bushfires currently causing destruction in South Australia and Victoria, on behalf of all employees and the CMV Group, the CMV Group Foundation will be making a donation to the State’s bushfire relief fund.
Today the CMV Group Foundation has made a donation of $100,000 to the South Australian State Emergency Relief Fund, set up by the Premier Steven Marshall and also $100,000 to the Victorian Red Cross Bushfire Relief fund.
With employees across the CMV Group directly affected by the bushfires in the Adelaide Hills, Kangaroo Island and Gawler, and also the Gippsland region, we hope that the harsh conditions ease and these fires can be contained as soon as possible by the brave volunteers and the CFS and CFA crews.
Our thoughts are with all those affected, and we hope that this donation will ease the burden, help local businesses and assist families in their recovery following the devastation caused by these bushfires.
