R U OK?Day | Ask R U OK? Any Day

Thursday, September 11

Below, you'll find further information and resources which will assist you in knowing what to say if someone says they're not ok, plus the resources and support services available to all CMV Group employees.

Ask R U OK? Any Day because life happens every day.

By having regular, meaningful conversations, you build trust and normalise talking about what’s really going on, so when the people in your world find themselves struggling, they know you’re someone they can talk to.

Regular, meaningful conversations with the people close to you can help prevent small things from becoming big things. By checking in regularly, you build trust and normalise talking about what’s really going on, so when the people in your world find themselves struggling, they know you’re someone they can talk to.

Ask R U OK? Any Day of the year, because a conversation could change a life.

R U OK? Conversation Guide

By starting a conversation and commenting on the changes you’ve noticed, you could help that family member, friend or workmate open up. If they say they are not OK, you can follow these conversation steps to show them they’re supported and help them find strategies to better manage the load. If they are OK, that person will know you’re someone who cares enough to ask.
